Refund Policy

At Notary Mentor Space (www.notarymentorspace.com), we are committed to providing high-quality services and mentorship. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking any service.

No Refunds After Service is Rendered

All sales are final once a service has been rendered, in full or in part. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Completed mentorship sessions

  • Consultations (virtual or in-person)

  • Training sessions or guidance provided

  • Any time, expertise, or resources already delivered

Once any portion of a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment or session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are non-refundable

  • Missed appointments will not be rescheduled without an additional fee

  • This policy applies to all booked services, including mentorship sessions and consultations

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Requests made within the allowed timeframe may be eligible for rescheduling

  • Late cancellations may be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable

Exceptions

Refunds, if any, are issued solely at our discretion and only in cases where:

  • The service was not provided at all, and

  • The cancellation was made in accordance with this policy
