At Notary Mentor Space (www.notarymentorspace.com), we are committed to providing high-quality services and mentorship. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking any service.
No Refunds After Service is Rendered
All sales are final once a service has been rendered, in full or in part. This includes, but is not limited to:

Completed mentorship sessions

Consultations (virtual or in-person)

Training sessions or guidance provided

Any time, expertise, or resources already delivered
Once any portion of a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment or session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable

Missed appointments will not be rescheduled without an additional fee

This policy applies to all booked services, including mentorship sessions and consultations
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Requests made within the allowed timeframe may be eligible for rescheduling

Late cancellations may be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable
Exceptions
Refunds, if any, are issued solely at our discretion and only in cases where:

The service was not provided at all, and

The cancellation was made in accordance with this policy
